What is an Investment Property HELOC?

An Investment Property HELOC is a home equity line of credit where the collateral is a rental property. This is an interest only credit facility that allows you to tap into the equity of your investment property (not your primary residence). You only pay interest on the amount of credit you draw on.

You can use our investment property HELOC to buy another rental property, or for working capital for your business.
