CEO & Co-founder

Prior to co-founding OfferMarket, from 2010 - 2020, Daniel was the co-founder and President of Zentail, a leading ecommerce software vendor backed by Y Combinator and Initialized Capital. Daniel and his wife Kelly have been investing in single family rental properties since 2017 and funded their first private loan in 2021. Daniel is passionate about building differentiated technology-enabled platforms that empower small businesses. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys coaching his children's soccer and baseball teams, running, and playing beer league hockey. Daniel and Martin first met in 2010 at the University of Maryland, where they co-managed a student investment fund, and they’ve been friends ever since.

CTO & Co-founder

Martin is the Chief Technology Officer of OfferMarket where he applies his combined expertise in technology and finance. Previously, he led software development teams at Decipher Technology Studios serving U.S. government agencies. His financial experience includes roles as Senior Equity Research Associate at FBR and FSR Associate at PwC, with Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 licenses. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland and has passed all CFA exams. Outside of work, Martin enjoys exploring affordable housing technologies, playing basketball, hiking, and cooking with his wife, Lissa, and their daughter.

Ana leads our client success team, ensuring new clients are onboarded successfully and existing clients are achieving their real estate goals. Ana joined OfferMarket in 2021 and it's safe to say she is loved by OfferMarket clients and team members.

Manager, Lending Division

Jemin is a loan team manager specialized in structuring and closing DSCR, fix and flip, and ground up constructions loans. Prior to joining OfferMarket in 2024, Jemin was a Senior Closing Analyst for a large consumer mortgage lender. If you are working with Jemin, you are in very capable hands.

Closer & Team Lead, Lending Division

Ai joined OfferMarket in 2023 and closed his first 100 loans faster than we could have ever imagined. Prior to OfferMarket, Ai spent 5 years as a Credit Analyst at Bank of the Philippine Islands. Ai has closed hundreds of DSCR and fix and flip loans, and exemplifies reliability and kindness.

Underwriter, Lending Division

Dominique joined OfferMarket in 2024 from HSBC's consumer credit division. Dom is a leading expert in DSCR loan program guidelines and structuring. If Dom is working on your loan, you are on the fast track to a successful closing.

Accountant & Underwriter, Lending Division

Saurabh joined OfferMarket in 2024 from ICICI Bank where he served as Area Credit Head. Saurabh brought with him a remarkable level of thoughtfulness, attention to detail and compassion. Saurabh is a Chartered Accountant by training, and loans that pass his desk end up in tip-top shape, ready to close in no time.

Processor, Lending Division

Bappi is perhaps the most interesting man in the world. Bappi joined OfferMarket in 2022 and has perfected the art of processing DSCR and fix and flip loans. Bappi is also an incredibly creative marketer and often advises on platform marketing strategy.

Processor & Draw Manager, Lending Division

Atif joined OfferMarket in 2024. He brings a keen intellect along with a playful side. Apart from being a world class credit analyst, he also sports movie star quality hair and piercing eyes. Atif goes the extra mile for our clients and this quality is not overlooked by clients, team members and partners.

Operations Analyst & Software Engineer

Ibrahim joined OfferMarket in 2024 after earning a degree in computer science from Islamia University Bahawalpur. Ibrahim is responsible for managing the operations of our investment property marketplace and insurance rate shopping service. As if this isn't impressive enough, Ibrahim consistently ships code that delivers value to 25,000+ OfferMarket members.
