Beginning for the same at a point on the northwest side of Harford Road distant one hundred and twenty-six feet northeasterly from the intersection of said northwest side of Harford Road and the northeast side of Strathmore Avenue, said point of beginning being at the intersection of said northwest side of Harford Road and a line drawn southeasterly through the centre of the partition wall between the building erected on the lot now being described and that on the lot next adjacent to the southwest; running thence binding on said northwest side of Harford Road North thirty-three degrees forty-six minutes East fifteen feet to intersect a line drawn southeasterly through the centre of the partition wall between the building erected on the lot now being described and that on the lot next adjacent to the northeast; thence northwesterly reversing said last mentioned line and binding thereon one hundred and thirty-five and seventy one one-hundredths feet to the southeast side of a thirteen foot alley there situate; thence binding on the southeast side of said alley with the use thereof in common with others, South thirty-three degrees twenty minutes West fifteen feet to intersect a line drawn northwesterly from the place of beginning through the centre of said first mentioned partition wall; thence southeasterly reversing said last mentioned line and binding thereon one hundred thirty-five and sixty one-hundredths feet to the place of beginning.
