Beginning on the south side of Frederick Avenue, 356 feet 7 inches westerly from the southwest corner of Frederick Avenue and Long Island Avenue, and running thence westerly 27 feet to a point in line with the center of the partition wall there situate; thence south to and through the center of said wall and continuing on the same course 47 feet 10-3/4 inches to the north side of an alley 15 feet wide; thence easterly binding on the north side of said alley 25 feet 10-3/4 inches to the aforesaid line drawn midway between the house on the lot now being described and that on the adjoining lot to the east; thence north binding on said line 57 feet 9-1/2 inches to the beginning.
Also including the second parcel beginning on the south side of an alley 15 feet wide laid out parallel with and 90 feet south of the south side of Frederick Avenue, as shown on the Plat of Frederick Terrace, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Plat Book JWS No. 1, Folio 317.
