All that certain Condominium Unit situate in the County of Prince George’s, State of Maryland, being known as Unit No. 3342-T-1, in a Plan of Condominium Subdivision styled “Plat and Plan of Condominium Subdivision – Huntley Square Condominium” as per plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book W.W.W. 86 at Plat 51 through and including Plat 69 among the Land Records of Prince George’s County, Maryland; being all the land and premises declared subject to a condominium regime by a Master Deed dated October 1, 1973, and recorded October 16, 1973, in Liber 4289 at Folio 202, and any amendments thereto. Together with an undivided 0.318% interest in the common elements, expenses, and profits of the Condominium Regime as appurtenant to said unit.

Being the fee simple property which, by Deed dated September 27, 2007, and recorded in Liber 28888, Folio 308, among the Land Records of Prince George’s County, Maryland, was granted and conveyed by David H. Fuller to Cheryl R. Wray.
