SERVICE COMPANY, a California corporation, as original trustee, securing a Term Note in the original principal amount of $3,237,500.00. Default having occurred, and pursuant to a Deed of Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated April 17, 2025 and recorded as Instrument No. 2025038739, the undersigned Hunter C. Piel was appointed as Substitute Trustee.

Following the mailing and recordation of an Affidavit of Non-Residential Mortgage Foreclosure and a Notice of Foreclosure Sale of Real Property or Condominium Unit, and at the request of the current noteholder, the property known as:
