How much are points worth?

100 points = $1, flat. Points convert to closing cost credits at that simple rate — no tiers, no rounding tricks.

How do I redeem my points?

Apply points as closing cost credits on your next OfferMarket loan — $100 minimum, whole dollars, up to that loan's origination fee. You elect the credit before your loan funds and it appears on your settlement statement at closing.

Is there a limit to how many points I can apply to one loan?

Yes. On any single loan you can redeem up to that loan's origination fee in closing cost credits — for example, a $3,000 origination fee lets you apply up to $3,000 in points on that loan. Any points beyond the cap stay in your balance for your next deal.

Do points expire?

Points never expire from age or inactivity — earn now, use whenever your next deal closes. The only exceptions: if your OfferMarket account is closed, or if we end the program (we'll give at least 6 months' notice so you can redeem first). Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Can I cash out my points?

Points are closing cost credits only — they can't be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
