I have 7 condos all 2 bed 2 bath 1200sq ft. All units have garages and parking. All units are tenant occupied at below market rents 800/mo. Month to month lease. Current market rent is 1,200/mo. Units only need cosmetic upgrades. Hoa fee is 300/mo and covers everything exterior of the units. These will require an investor familiar with condos and a HOA. This Hoa is very investor friendly. You can fix these up and get new tenants at market rent or just flip them.
