The electrical and plumbing have been redone. Downstairs… new drywall and ceilings in the first 3 rooms. Some repairs need done to the drywall but not too much. I haven’t done any work to the kitchen since purchasing except run a water line for the fridge and gas line for the stove. The half bath downstairs has a new toilet. The front porch was tore off and replaced in 2019. The whole house is hard wood floors. They do need sanded and resealed. The basement is not a finished basement.

The bedrooms are all upstairs. All the bedrooms have new drywall although there are a couple spots that need some mud, sanding, and painted. 1 bedrooms has carpet but it needs pulled up. It was laid in 2021 but it has been messed up by the kiddos. The other bedrooms carpet was recently taken out. The bathroom was completely gutted and redone in 2015. There’s a room behind the laundry room. I guess it was considered a bedroom. The closet has been tore out of that room and it was converted into a laundry room. That room needs some love. Some mud and paint and the ceiling need scraped. 

The house does need fascia and gutters. The windows and some trim need scraped so they can be painted. The side porch needs redone. The stairs need sanded so they can either be sealed or painted or carpet or whatever. There’s just miscellaneous stuff here and there that need done. The front door and the window above it are new, frame and all… same goes for the side door. The back door that is currently on the house does not stay. The one that goes on there is in my mom’s storage and I have to get it. The motor in the furnace was replaced 2 years ago.

 The water heater was purchased in 2013. There was some work done to the AC over the time I owned the house but I’m honestly not 100 percent what exactly was done. I know at one point we had the Freon charged. We also had the capacitor replaced. I’m not sure what else. When it was last in use, it worked great. I had not used the AC yet this year and I’m no longer living there and there’s no utilities on currently. There are a few window panes that were replaced with plexiglass. I think that pretty much covers it. It’s a nice property and with some love the house could be far more beautiful than it is now.
